I have shopped at Libero Jewelers for the last 20 plus years. I have never felt more confident shopping for jewelry or bringing things in for repair than with the entire Libero Family. Mike Sr., Patty, Mike Jr., Morgan, Ashley and of course Mary. They always have a smile on their faces when you walk in, give you great gift ideas, create beautiful designs for custom pieces and go above and beyond for their customers whom they treat like family. I moved away from CT a few years ago but still only go back to Libero Jewelers for all of my fine jewelry purchases and repairs. I can’t recommend them enough and will continue to support them for as long as they’re around. They are the epitome of a family owned business who truly care about their customers.

With big box and franchise stores all around, there’s something inherently special about a family business. I was searching for a wedding band for myself and fiancé and happened to stop in at Libero Jewelers and was warmly greeted by Mikie, one of the owners. I took a video of a wedding band and sent it to my fiancé. I went back after work and took another video of another wedding band. My fiancé drove up from Greenwich to North Haven and we met with Mikie again. Wonderful experience and wonderful people. Thank you Mikie and family for a great experience and deal!

I had the best experience with Libero Jewelers. I walked in without knowing anyone and needed a few pieces taken care of — some jewelry repairs and a diamond ring that I wanted transformed into a necklace. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Sr., who was incredibly patient and thoughtful. I wasn’t sure how I wanted the necklace designed, but he took the time to walk me through different ideas and help me envision the final look. The results are absolutely stunning. My necklace was beautifully crafted and my ring was fixed in less than a week! I’m now having them create my wedding band, and I truly cannot wait to see it. Highly recommend Libero Jewelers for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and genuine care.

Libero Jewelers is absolutely top-notch! The entire team is knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly — they make every visit a great experience. Their jewelry pieces are beautiful and high quality, and their customer service is always above and beyond. I recently brought my 6-year-old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and Mikey was incredibly patient and kind with her — not a single tear! It’s rare to find a store that combines professionalism with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic jeweler — highly recommend!

Such a wonderful experience having my great grandmother’s ring resized. I needed it done in four days, which they were initially hesitant about, but then said they could rush it and get it done. It ended up being three days! I really can’t believe it was 2.5 sizes bigger when I dropped it off. Will definitely be back for future jewelry repair.

I needed earrings fixed, and Libero had the best reviews. I walk in and was greeted with warmth ☺️. Mary was working with me. Mary allowed me to walk in the back and check out the fish 🐠 tank. So that was pretty cool 😎. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Mary contacted me within a timely manner to let me know my earrings were fixed. The pricing is reasonable and Mary explained to me in detail exactly what was done to my jewelry. This place is family oriented, friendly and I highly recommend this place! Mary and the entire staff made me feel welcomed 🙂. Thank you Libero jewelers! 🙏🏽

Friendly and knowledgeable family owned business. I have had a family heirloom ring of my father’s fixed and I was very pleased with the work done. Now I had a beautiful bracelet I was not able to wear for years repaired and I couldn’t be happier.

I am so grateful to Libero jewelers for their meticulous handling of my great grandmother’s 100+ year old ring. I had been contemplating what to do with it for a very long time because the diamonds were loose and the band was too small for me to wear. After doing some research, I brought the ring into Libero Jewelers to see what my options were, and Mike Jr. was very honest and gave me several options, including sharing the approximate costs for each option. Ultimately, I decided just to have new prongs put on and have the ring sized up rather than putting the diamonds into a whole new setting, so as to preserve both the integrity and the history of the ring. It is also made of two different metals, so it is unique and special. When I picked up the ring, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked with these rather minor adjustments, plus a polishing. The price was very reasonable as well. It is a very sentimental ring, and I’m so happy with my decision. I can now wear it proudly and show off its beauty, thanks to Libero Jewelers. I will definitely be doing business with them again!
